Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br /> There was no business in the Northeast <br /> Neighborhood Development Area. <br /> G. Douglas Road Economic Development Area <br /> There was no business in the Douglas Road <br /> Economic Development Area. <br /> H. Ratification of Services Contracts <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. COMMISSION RATIFIED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br /> King and unanimously carried, the Commission R.E.PITTS FOR APPRAISAL OF 1513 KEMBLE <br /> ratified the proposal from R.E. Pitts for appraisal AVE.FOR A FEE OF$1,850. <br /> of 1513 Kemble Ave. for a fee of$1,850 <br /> L Ratification of Temporary Use Agreements <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. COMMISSION RATIFIED THE TEMPORARY USE <br /> King and unanimously carried, the Commission AGREEMENT WITH AIDS MINISTRIES/AIDS <br /> ratified the temporary use agreement with AIDS ASSIST OF NORTH INDIANA FOR ITS ROOFTOP <br /> RENDEZVOUS TO BE HELD AT 121 WAYNE ST. <br /> Ministries/AIDS Assist of North Indiana for its ON JUNE 17,JULY 22 AND AUGUST 19,2011 <br /> Rooftop Rendezvous to be held at 121 Wayne St. <br /> on June 17, July 22 and August 19, 2011. <br /> 7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> A. Tax Abatement PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> Mr. Inks noted that at the last Common Council <br /> meeting the Council took action to approve the <br /> personal property tax exemption allowed under <br /> state law for enterprise information equipment for <br /> data centers. The Council's action says they will <br /> approve each abatement individually, but in <br /> concept the Council agrees to follow state law and <br /> provide those exemptions. <br /> B.
