Follow up, training would likely be via remote sessions (telephone and/or <br />WebEx). As new features are added, a detailed explanation of the features and their use is <br />typically provided by email, along with screenshots as appropriate. <br />1. As outlined above, Visual Labs will provide onsite training to all officers assigned a <br />camera and administrator training for all body cam,era/in-car camera administrative personnel. <br />2. Visual Labs will provide onsite "train -the -trainer," training to SBPD at no additional cost <br />at least twice per year for the duration of the contract. <br />D. Installation <br />1. Physical 'Installation of the in -car mounting will be done by a certified installer. <br />2. The location of the in -car cameras shall be at the discretion of SBPD. <br />E. PaiymentTerms <br />1. A five-year agreement, including the "Cancellation of the Contract" provisions outlined <br />in the RFP, is acceptable to Visual Labs, Any reasonable payment terms, including a pay-as-you- <br />go monthly schedule, will be acceptable, Visual Labs would agree to a fixed price for its services <br />for any non -cancellable term. To the extent the contract was cancellable at SBPD's option, <br />Visual Labs would agree to a fixed price, subject to an Inflation (CPI) adjustment every twelve <br />months. <br />2. Payment can be broken up based on deliverables. <br />3. Payments terms of 35 days is acceptable to Visual Labs. <br />F. Replacement Parts <br />The only "part" of the Visual Labs solution is a non-proprietary, off -the -shelf smartphone, See <br />comments in Section C. 1. above and also the cost proposal. <br />The Visual Labs body camera solution relies on a single piece of hardware -- a smartphone. <br />That is, there are no routers, special uniforms, docking stations, storage appliances, etc. needed <br />by the agency. Not only does this result in simple operations, it also results in a very simple <br />pricing structure. The agency would acquire the requisite number of Android smartphones <br />from its preferred cellular carrier and activate those devices. One or more mounting solutions <br />would be determined to secure the smartphone to the officer's uniform. The Visual Labs <br />software application would be added to the smartphones and users would be granted access to <br />the ba:ckend video management website,.
