<br />,with the terms and conditions of Improvement Resolution Numbers 2597, 25981 2599, 2600,
<br />�2603 and 26081 1950, adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safet,r on the above named
<br />iiday, and the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimates to
<br />be adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final adoption l
<br />jof said Resolutions and placed on file in the office of the Department of Engineering of
<br />Isaid City.

<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety, will meet in its office in the City Hall on the
<br />14th day of March, 1950 at the hour of 7:30 o'clock PM -CST, for the purpose of hearing an.
<br />considering all remonstrances, which may have been filed or which may be presented, and
<br />will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed 'improveme is and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property abutting and ad'acelit
<br />to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated
<br />cost of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. j
