" PRELIMINARY HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3292 - BENDIX CORPORATION This being the date set, preliminary hearing was held on Resolution No. 3292, being for the vacation of: Those portions of Illinois, Wellington, Kenmore and Falcon Streets, between Westmore Street on the south and Prast Boulevard on the north, more particularly described as follows: Illinois Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 177; thence on a southerly -line 574.72 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 177; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a northerly line 574.05 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the north- east corner of Lot 177. Wellington Street. Beginning at.the northeast corner of Lot 178; thence on a southerly line 570.99 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 178; thence onan-easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a northerly line 570.32 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the -northeast corner of Lot 178. Kenmore Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 179; thence on a southerly line 567.26 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 179; thence'on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 180; thence on a northerly line 566.59 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 180; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the northeast corner' of Lot 179. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication in the South Bebd Tribune and the Tri County News on June 13 and June 20, which were read and found to be sufficient. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried said Vacation Resolution was finally adopted. PRELIMINARY HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3293 - MENTAL HEALTH CENTER This being the date set, hearing was held on Vacation Resolution No. 3293, being for the vacation of: The north -south alley between St. Louis Street and St. Peter Street from Colfax Avenue north 198 feet to the first east -west alley. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News on June 13 and June 20, 1969, which were read and found to be sufficient. John Montgomery, attorney for the petitioner, Mental Health Center, and Robert L. Miller, attorney for E. R. Havel, appeared before the Board, along with three interested property owners. No objection to the vacation was voiced by the property owners present.
