Gentlemen: rI 2f� Please accept this letter as official notice that we desire to �+ negotiate certain changes and modifications in our agreement as provided in the tenure article of our present Memorandum of Understanding. The proposed changes will be presented to you at our first meeting, or will be forwarded to you by mail. We hope to begin bargaining some- time in early March so as to coincide with your budget preparations.
