Traffic Safety Specialist certification which has been granted by <br />the IMSA, or an equivalent certification approved by INDOT. The <br />CITY shall have a minimum of two (2) Traffic Signal Technicians each <br />with fully equipped vehicles (see Exhibit "N") available at all <br />times to satisfy the emergency response maintenance requirement. <br />Each vehicle shall also be equipped with the proper material, tools, <br />and meters to perform all emergency maintenance activities. <br />2. Each technician shall be able to diagnose and repair malfunctions <br />with the equipment listed below: <br />i. The CITY <br />will be issued manuals for such new equipment. <br />4. TRAFFIC SIGNAL TECHNICIAN shall understand: <br />i. How to install timing values into controllers by hand and via <br />laptop. <br />ii. How time based coordinators regulate actuated controllers with <br />background cycles within a coordinated signal system. <br />iii.
