I am very excited for the development of a
new one. I think annexing property and adding some tax base to the City is a good idea. I know
we are getting that nimbi attitude from the neighbors, unfortunately development always has to
be in somebody’s back yard. I think Martin’s has proved to be a good neighbor wherever they
went in the City. Think this would an excellent project moving forward.

In opposition seeing no one the Public Hearing is now closed.

Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to adopt Resolution 15-85.
