67 <br />REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 5, 1986 <br />$254,790.00. It was noted that this Change Order covers the <br />cleaning of the east elevation of the Morris Civic Auditorium <br />with the same process as that utilized on the theatre, removal of <br />existing deteriorated, decayed or eroded mortar and replacement <br />with a proper matching mortar mix as well as for preparing, <br />priming, glasing, caulking and replacing any broken glass, using <br />oil base satin finish paint with the color to be specified by the <br />architect. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. <br />Vance and carried, the above referred to Change Order No. 5, as <br />submitted, was approved and executed. <br />FILING OF PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF A DETERMINATION OF CONFLICT OF <br />INTEREST <br />Mr. Jon R. Hunt, Executive Director, Department of Redevelopment, <br />submitted to the Board for filing a letter which will serve as <br />public disclosure of a determination of conflict of interest <br />under 24CFR S570.611 for the following persons: <br />Jake Webster, a Board member of Neighborhood Housing <br />Services, for a loan to purchase and rehabilitate a home at <br />1133 Burns. The home is being sold by Renelda Robinson, <br />another NHS Board member.
