o 250 GB disk space <br />o 4 virtual CPU <br />o 1 virtual NIC <br />So that the aforementioned FirePOWER Management Center can map users' IP addresses to their <br />corresponding Active Directory usernames, ENS Group will install and configure the Cisco FirePOWER User <br />Agent on two (2) Active Directory domain -member servers. The Agent software must be configured with a <br />service account with sufficient permissions to read login and logout events from the domain controllers' <br />security logs. <br />USER TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER <br />Training - System Administrator. Limited system administrator training is provided with this project. City of South <br />Bend staff will be shown the fundamentals of how to manage the new system, including: <br />• Cisco FirePOWER Management Center configuration, operation, and maintenance <br />CISCO AMP DEPLOYMENT PROJECT SCOPE OVERVIEW <br />SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION <br />The implementation of the new security software will take place at various City of South Bend facilities. ENS will work <br />to implement the new software in accordance with planning meeting discussions and the overall project plan. If <br />applicable, ENS will coordinate with City of South Bend staff in order to smoothly transition from the old software to the <br />new, minimizing disruptions and downtime. ENS personnel will test and troubleshoot issues related to the activities <br />covered in the scope for this engagement to ensure proper operation of the new software. <br />Implementation steps will include: <br />• ENS Group will deploy the Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for Endpoints agent onto up to 800 <br />Active Directory domain -member computers. This deployment is typically executed via Group Policy. The <br />Agents will be licensed for either a 3- or 5-year subscription term, depending on option purchased. <br />USER TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER <br />Training - System Administrator. Limited system administrator training is provided with this project. City of South <br />Bend staff will be shown the fundamentals of how to manage the new system, including: <br />• Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for Endpoints configuration, operation, and maintenance <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />General <br />• City of South Bend will provide adequate rack space, power (on UPS), ventilation, cabling, and cable <br />management required for installation and implementation of equipment. <br />• City of South Bend will provide access to server rooms and other required spaces for ENS technicians to <br />perform their work. <br />• City of South Bend will provide secure storage & staging areas as needed for new hardware as needed. <br />• City of South Bend will ensure all internal wiring for voice or data is terminated properly and clearly labeled. <br />• City of South Bend will provide timely response to requests and documents from ENS relating to all aspects of <br />the project and project management processes, including and pertaining to such items change orders, open <br />action item reports, and project close out reports. If the City of South Bend does not acknowledge or respond in <br />Statement of Work for City of South Bend - 6 <br />
