Wide Area Network <br />The installation of the systems will take place at City of South Bend's main location and branches as appropriate. ENS <br />will work to install & configure the new systems in accordance with planning meeting discussions and the overall <br />project plan. ENS will coordinate with the City of South Bend staff in order to smoothly transition from the old systems <br />to the new ones, minimizing disruptions and downtime. ENS technicians will test and resolve/troubleshoot issues <br />related to the activities in this SOW to ensure proper operation of the system. <br />Network installation steps will include: <br />• Uplink Connectivity <br />o The 450OX switches being installed in the City of South Bend's datacenter will provide 1OG <br />connectivity to multiple locations with redundant single mode fiber connections <br />• 6509 in the City County Building using new X2 1OG modules <br />• 450OX in the Police Department <br />• Modules for both of these locations are appropriate for up to lOkm <br />This will provide the core connectivity for future network moves and connectivity <br />• Additional modules may be needed as the network is expanded <br />• Network Design <br />o The ENS engineer with review the current status of the network and the plans for the immediate future <br />and create the design steps to get there. <br />o This will include documenting additional hardware that will be required, updated network map for <br />future connectivity and roadmap for network changes <br />o Based on the current information about one week of time will be required for the detailed design <br />CISCO ASA AND FIREPOWER DEPLOYMENT PROJECT SCOPE OVERVIEW <br />EQUIPMENT IMPLEMENTATION <br />The implementation of the new security equipment will take place at City of South Bend's CCB and Police Department <br />facilities. ENS will work to implement the new equipment in accordance with planning meeting discussions and the <br />overall project plan. If applicable, ENS will coordinate with City of South Bend staff in order to smoothly transition from <br />the old equipment to the new, minimizing disruptions and downtime. ENS personnel will test and troubleshoot issues <br />related to the activities covered in the scope for this engagement to ensure proper operationof the new equipment. <br />Implementation steps will include: <br />ENS Group will install and configure two (2) Cisco ASA5525-X Adaptive Security Appliances to replace the <br />existing ASASS20S at the Internet perimeter. The new ASA5525-Xs will be licensed for the following features: <br />o FirePOWER Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) with a 3- or 5-year subscription, depending on option <br />purchased <br />o AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client with support for up to 50 simultaneous connections from Windows, <br />Macintosh, Linux, iOS, and/or Android endpoints with a 3- or 5-year subscription, depending on option <br />purchased <br />The ASA5525-X platform is rated for 255 Mbps throughput with FirePOWER IPS enabled. If other FirePOWER <br />features (e.g., AMP for Networks and/or URL filtering) are added at a later time, supported throughput will <br />decrease. An ASA5525-X running all FirePOWER features is rated for 167.5 Mbps. Adding SSL decryption <br />reduces total throughput to 33.5 Mbps. <br />ENS Group will install and configure one (1) instance of the Cisco FirePOWER Management Center as a virtual <br />appliance on a VMware ESX host provided by City of South Bend.
