REGULAR MEETING JUNE 1, 1992 <br />this Change Order in the amount of $35,390.01. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynskj, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, <br />Change Order No. 1 was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE <br />DISPENS <br />RESOURC <br />ITY & ORGANIC <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Board is in receipt of a <br />Consultant Agreement between the City and Lumm Engineers, 1317 <br />Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, for consulting engineering <br />services for new fueling equipment at the Municipal Services <br />Facility and Organic Resources Center. <br />It is noted that Lumm Engineers shall provide construction <br />drawings and specifications for fuel storage and dispensing <br />facilities at the above referred to locations and shall be <br />compensated the amount of $15,000.00 for these services. Mrs. <br />Mueller made a motion that the Agreement be approved and <br />executed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE ETHNIC FESTIVAL BOOTH APPLICATIONS <br />Mr. Jon Williams, Events Coordinator, Office of Community <br />Affairs, submitted to the Board the following Ethnic Festival <br />booth applications and recommended approval: <br />Food Booths 50 <br />Craft Booths 44 <br />Miscellaneous 4 <br />Display 15 <br />Activities 7 <br />Mrs. Mueller advised that these are special event license <br />applications and she therefore made a motion that the <br />applications as submitted be approved. Mr. Caldwell seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />APPROVE REOUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - PARTS FOR <br />GRIT CHANNEL REBUILD - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. John J. Dillon, Director, Division <br />of Environmental Services, requested that the Board advertise for <br />the receipt of bids for parts for the grit channel rebuild at the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that <br />the request be approved.
