Change Order No. 09 <br />One- Way to Two -Way Street Conversion <br />Division B <br />Project No. 116-001 <br />The project, both Division A and Division B, will have a completion date of June 1, 2017. <br />The contract time will start when the Notice to Proceed is delivered and signed. <br />2. The project will have intermediate completion dates as listed in the table below for roads <br />open to bi-directional traffic and substantial completion of all traffic control devices <br />complete and in place. A minimum of one travel lane in each direction on each corridor street shall be open <br />to traffic on or before the specified date. Once bi-directional traffic is established on <br />each corridor street, bi-directional traffic shall be maintained on each corridor street <br />for the duration of the project. <br />b. A minimum of one travel lane shall be open to traffic during construction except <br />whereas noted in the full closure construction period. <br />c. Two (2) northbound travel lanes must be open for the duration of Saturdays on which <br />there is a home Notre Dame football game. This can be achieved either through two <br />(2) northbound travel lanes on Michigan/St. Joseph or one (1) northbound travel lane <br />on both Michigan/St. Joseph and Main St. after Main St. has been converted to bi- <br />directional traffic. The dates of concern are provided below.
