~ ~- ~ REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 11, 2006 <br />TYPE DESCRIPTION BUSINESS AMOUNT MOTION/ <br /> SECONDED <br />Quote Morris Performing Arts Kaser-Spraker $11,750.00 Inks/Limell <br />Award Box Office Remodeling Construction <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE -WEST SIDE OF NORTHERN AVENUE, NORTH OF STATE <br />ROAD 23 <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of <br />Right to remonstrate as submitted by Glenn and Teresa Davis. The Consent indicates <br />that in consideration for permission to tap into public sanitary water system of the City, to <br />provide sanitary water service to 54405 Northern Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, (Key <br />#02-2075-3485), the Davis' waive and release any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motiori that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded <br />the motion, which carried. <br />STREET <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of <br />Right to remonstrate as submitted by Larry and Carol Fishburn. The Consent indicates <br />that in consideration for permission to tap into public sanitary water system of the City, to <br />provide sanitary water service to 17740 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana, (Key #02- <br />2118-5791), the Fishburn's waive and release any and all right to remonstrate against or <br />oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Falcon Street <br />All Criteria Has Been Met <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />LOCATION: 119 East Victoria Street <br />REMARKS: All Criteria Has Been Met <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - BRICK/OLIVE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referenced project was being <br />presented at this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. <br />Inks and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed subject to <br />successful annexation, TIF financing, and Right of Way purchase consummation. <br />FILING OF SAFETY REPORTS -DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />The Division of Environmental Services, Street Department, Division of Engineering, and <br />Water Works submitted Safety Reports for November 2006. These reports reflect <br />injuries/accidents for each month and provide for a comparison.
