After reviewing those bids, Mr. Jason <br />Durr, Engineering, recommends that the Board award the project to the lowest responsive <br />and responsible bidder, L.L. Geans, 1923 North Home Street, Mishawaka, Indiana in the <br />amount of $174,820.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be <br />' accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above.
