After reviewing those bids, Mr. Jason <br />Durr, Engineering, recommends that the Board award the project to the lowest responsive <br />and responsible bidder, L.L. Geans, 1923 North Home Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, in the <br />amount of $91,012.00, which is the base bid of $76,423.75 and Alternate A in the <br />amount of $14,588.25. <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be <br />awarded as outlined above.
