Mr. Price responded that <br />when Innovation Park and Project Future <br />receive direct benefit, the city will seek <br />compensation. However, for now the focus <br />will all be on pron7oting Ignition Park. <br />Ann Hastings, marketing manager for <br />Innovation Park, noted that Innovation Park <br />is not part of the University of Nori-e Dame. <br />It is a separate 501(c)(3). They are <br />responsible for their own operating costs. <br />They have not yet hired Blue Waters Group <br />because they cannot afford to, but are <br />impressed with the product they have seen. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Phase II <br />Consulting Agreement with Blue Waters <br />Group. <br />(3) Resolution No. 2581 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (Ziolkowski) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the Ziolkowski <br />property is located south of Sample, north of <br />Broadway, between Franklin and Lafayette <br />streets. This property was added to the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2456 on <br />June 25, ?008. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PHASE II <br />CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH BLUE WATERS <br />GROUP. <br />The southern most parcels of this pw-chase <br />are needed for the future site of the Transpo <br />transportation center. Upon acquisition, the <br />
