Loading Zones. -- The Board of Public Safety shall cause zones along the curb to be designated, appropriately marked and designated by signs upon the curb or otherwise, for the loading and unloading of passengers or materials, at office building-=hhtel--and theater--entrances, or at public entrances or points where the general Convenience of the public require, or where unusual quantities of freight or merchandise are loaded or unloaded, the number of such zones, in order to conserve parking space, to be restricted to actual necessities or the public convenience. Sample Street, south tide, from Lafayette Boulevard to west end of Sample Street Bridge. ' Taylor Street, east side, from Washington Avenue to Lincoln Way West. Fellow Street, east side, from New York Central Tracks to Ewing Avenue. Franklin Street, east side , from Sample Street to Indiana •, Avenue.
