Lafayette Boulevard, from the north line of Indiana Avenue to the south line of West Monroe Street, and from the north line • of Madison Street to the south line of Riverside Drive. Colfax Avenue, from the west line of Eddy Street to the east line of Michigan Street and from the west line of William Street to the east line of Walnut Street. Jefferson Boulevard, from the west line of St. Joseph Street to east city limits. Division Street, from the west line of William Street to west city limits. Lindsey Street, from the west line of Portage Avenue to the east line of Blaine Avenue. Madison Street, from the east line of North William Street to the west line of North Michigan Street. William Street, from the south line of West Madison Street to the north line of West Monroe Street. Monroe Street, from the east line of South William Street to the west line of South St. Joseph Street. St. Joseph Street , from the north line of East Monroe Street to the south line of Lincoln Way East. It is hereby provided that vehicles traveling east and west along Jefferson Boulevard, at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard with St. Joseph Street, shall have precedence over vehicles traveling north and south along St. Joseph Street which shall come to a full stop before entering Jefferson Boulevard at such intersection. i�it� ______,—Section 13.
