DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS (cont.)
fExterior Walls:
The exterior walls are brick.
Interior Walls:
There is a variety of plaster, drywall and paneling.
Ceilings:
The majority of the ceilings are acoustical, dropped ceilings with recessed,
florescent lighting fixtures.
Roof
The roof on the original part of the building is a flat, built-up roof, which I
understand is leaking and needs repair or replacement. The roof on the one-story north
section of the building is an asphalt shingle, gable roof. There is no indication of leakage
here.
Floors:
The floors are a variety of tiles.
Windows and Doors:
There are essentially no windows in the building. There is an entry door on the
north end of the building from the parking lot, and also a door on Olive Street on the east
side of the building. There are also a couple of service doors located in the building.
Electrical:
There are a number of circuit breaker boxes located throughout the building, and I
was unable to locate the electric main. There is a large electric cable entry on the west side
of the building, and it appears to be at least a 600 AMP service. This is not confirmed.
The lighting fixtures throughout are recessed florescent fixtures or exposed
florescent fixtures. The electrical service appears to adequate.
Et
I
14
