There are adequate lavatories in the restrooms. <br /> The floors are ceramic tiles. <br /> HVAC: <br /> The building is heated by gas forced air furnaces as well as central air conditioning, <br /> with a large unit located on the roof. <br /> Bowling Alley: <br /> There is a 12 lane bowling alley with automatic pin setters located in the northern <br /> part of the building. <br /> Parking Lot: <br /> There is a large asphalt paved parking lot occupying the entire northern end of the <br /> property. <br /> Condition: <br /> Considering the age of the building, it has received adequate maintenance and - <br /> would be considered in average condition. No serious items of deferred maintenance were <br /> noted.
