DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The original portion of this building was located at the corner of Western and Olive <br /> was a two story horse barn for the Singer Sewing Machine Co. This building measured <br /> approximately 94' x 103'. This portion of the building was remodeled into part of the <br /> present building. <br /> When the PNA acquired the building, according to the Assessor's records, a one- <br /> story addition measuring 88' x 138' was added to the north end contained the bowling <br /> alley. It also indicates that the paving of the north end of the lot was done in 1967. <br /> The first floor area contains a total of 22,321 sq. ft., and the second floor, part of the <br /> original building, contains 10,197 sq. ft. The total building contains approximately 32,518 <br /> sq. ft. <br /> It should be noted that a small portion of the original first floor of the building is <br /> } still as it was when it was a horse stable with brick floors and brick walls. This portion of <br /> the building is presently used for storage. The rest of the first floor contains a bowling alley <br /> and a large bar room,as well as a large seating area. There are also restrooms. <br /> The second floor contains a kitchen with two large banquet halls, and a men's and <br /> ladies restroom. This area is frequently rented out for wedding receptions. <br /> The following is a brief description of the property based upon our inspection. It is <br /> neither an architectural report nor an engineering report, and is included primarily to <br /> acquaint the reader with a verbal picture of the subject. Following the description are _ <br /> photographs which will further assist the reader. <br /> I have also included an outline drawing of the building. <br /> Description of Improvements: <br /> Age: <br /> The only reference to age on the Assessor's records are a transfer date of <br /> 01/01/1900. It is presumed that this is the age of the original building. As previously <br /> indicated the Assessor's records indicate the bowling alley was built in 1926 and the paving <br /> in 1967. <br /> Foundation: <br /> There is no basement.
