It shall be the duty of the Plumbing <br />Inspector of the City of South Bend to do all things re- <br />quired of him to be done as set forth in the various <br />sections of this Ordinance. <br />Section XXIX. All plumbing or drainage work for which <br />a permit is issued by the Plumbing Inspector must be inspected <br />by him. <br />Section XXX. The Inspector must be notified by the <br />master plumber in charge of the work when the work is ready <br />for inspection. All work must be left uncovered and <br />convenient for examination until inspected and approved. No <br />notice shall be sent for any inspection until the work is <br />entirely ready for thorough inspection. The Journeyman <br />Plumber making the installation must be on the premises <br />at the time this inspection is made by the Plumbing Inspect- <br />or. <br />Section XXXI. All notices herein required to be given <br />to the plumbing inspector shall be in writing on blank forms <br />to be prepared and furnished by such inspector at his office. <br />Such Inspector shall number same in the order received, <br />and shall make inspection of the work herein referred to in <br />the order in which such notices are received as nearly as <br />may be practicable and as soon as possible. <br />Wherever in this Ordinance it is provided any act may <br />be done, or material used, with the consent of said Inspect- <br />or, or wherever such Inspectorts approval is required, such <br />consent or approval shall be in writing. <br />Section XXXII. Power to condemn. The Plumbing Inspect- <br />or is hereby authorized and empowered to inspect and, subject <br />to the approval of the Board of Health, condemn and remove <br />or order the removal of any plumbing or house drainage work, <br />including cesspools or private sewers, now in or about any <br />
