-10- <br />dwelling house, hotel, apartment house, tenement house, factory, <br />store or any other building, if he shall find the same is <br />unsanitary and detrimental to public health. Said inspector <br />shall notify in writing the owner or occupant of the premises <br />whereon such work is situated, that same has been condemned <br />or ordered removed, and it shall be unlawful for any person <br />thereafter to use or suffer or permit same to be used. <br />Section XXXIII. Said Inspector of plumbing is hereby <br />directed and authorized and empowered to inspect plumbing <br />and house drainage in all buildings in said city, both <br />public and private, erected after the passage and legal <br />publication of this Ordinance, and in all buildings both <br />public and private, erected prior thereto wherein changes <br />in or addition to the plumbing or drainage are made or are <br />hereafter to be made and condemn same, if not in accordance <br />with the provisions hereof. And he shall have the power to <br />enter any building in the performance of his duties, and it <br />shall be unlawful for any person to deny or refuse him <br />admission. <br />Section XXXIV. The plumbing inspector is hereby also <br />authorized and directed to promptly condemn poor work- <br />manship and to order the removal of or to remove any defective <br />material or any work done other than in accordance with the <br />Provisions of this Ordinance, and, thereafter, it shall be <br />unlawful for any person or persons to use said material <br />until such material or work is reconstructed in accordance <br />with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />Such Inspector shall i mnediately after such condemnation, <br />notify the plumber doing such work and the owner of the <br />property that such work has been condemned, and state briefly <br />the grounds of such condemnation. Such notices may be mailed <br />to such person or persons or delivered in person; provided, <br />
