-41- <br />vided. <br />Within forty -eight (48) hoursafter the completion of <br />any cesspool, notice thereof shall be given the Plumbing <br />Inspector in the same manner and by the person or persons <br />as herein provided with reference to notices for final <br />inspection of plumbing and house drainage. Said inspector <br />shall file such notice, and make such inspection under the <br />same regulationsherein provided with reference to final <br />inspecting of plumbing and house drainage as far as same <br />may be applicable. If the same be approved by him, he <br />shall issue a certificate of approval therefor to the <br />proper person. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use <br />such cesspool until such inspector has approved same. <br />Section CLVII. It shall be unlawful for any person <br />or persons to turn on or cause to be turned on, the water <br />supply in and service pipe leading from the city water <br />system and conducting water to any premises or building <br />without a written order from the Plumbing Inspector <br />approving the plumbing and drainage of said buildings.; <br />provided, however, that the water may be turned on for the <br />Purpose of testing the plumbing and drainage systems, and <br />it is hereby made the duty of the person or persons causing <br />said water to be turne on to see that same is turned off <br />immediately after such tests have been made, provided, further, <br />however, that water may be turned on for use during building <br />construction if the proper permit has been obtained from the <br />City Water Works Department, and it shall be the duty of <br />the person or persons desiring use of said water to so notify <br />the said Department. <br />Section CLVIII.
