-4- Board of Health, be entitled to receive from the City Com- ptroller a Journeymants license without further examination. Section XI. Application for license. A Journeyman Plumber desiring a license authorizing him to engage in the trade as Journeyman Plumber shallmake application with the Board of Examiners on forms to be furnished by the Board and shall pay with the filing of the application a fee in the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars. Subsequent to the filing of this application and at the next meeting of the Board of Examiners the applicant shall submit himself to an examination, either oral or written or both, and also shall perform such practical plumbing work as the Board shall direct. If the applicant shall, in the opinion of the Board, have satisfactorily passed the examination said applicant shall be entitled to a license as Journeyman Plumber and the Board shall cause proper notice to issue to the Board of Health, which said last mentioned Board shall notify the Comptroller to issue a Journeyman's license to the applicant upon the payment of a fee in the sum of Two ($2.00) Dollars, Section XII. Fees for license and bond: Every appli- cant for a plumbing contractor's license having passed a satisfactory examination hereunder shall receive from the Board of Health a certificate of recommendation to the Comptroller of said City for the issuance to said applicant of an. original annual license upon the payment of the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars and an annual renewal license upon the payment of Fifteen (815.00) Dollars to said City but before such license is issued the applicant shall furnish a bond with surety to the approval of the Comptroller of said City in the penal sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars, conditional to reimburse said City of South Bend for all the damages caused by any act or omission of said plumbing
