-38- <br />Section CXLII. It shall be the duty of every person <br />to make a weekly written report to the Plumbing Inspector <br />upon the blanks furnished by the Plumbing Inspector showing <br />all such fixtures sold by him during the next preceeding <br />week; to whom such fixtures were so34 whether such fixtures <br />were new or second.-hand., where such fixates were installed <br />and the serial number of the label attached to such fixture. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or <br />refuse to file such report weekly with said Plumbing Inspector. <br />Section CXLIII. All plumbing fixtures shall be installed <br />or set free and open from all enclosing work. <br />Section CXLIV. Any change in the location of a plumbing <br />fixture shall be governed by the same rules as herein p?ovided <br />for new work, and shall be subject to the inspection and <br />approval of the Plumbing Inspector. <br />Section CXLV. The use of pan, plunger, offset, with <br />or without flush tank trough, Latrine or Smead system closets <br />are prohibited. <br />Section CXLVI. Long oval or straight back hoppers are <br />prohibited except for anti -frost closets. All such now in <br />use when out of repair or condemned by the Plumbing Inspect- <br />or shall be removed. <br />Section CXLVII. No urinal shall be placed over or in <br />close proximity to wood. Some non - absorbent material shall <br />be used, such as slate, hard marble, or Portland cement <br />smoothly troweled. <br />Urinal floors shall be directly connected to a drain <br />soil or waste pipe; a deep seal or drum trap shall be used <br />and arrangements for flushing the same in all cases. <br />The use of galvanized iron urinal trough is hereby <br />prohibited. <br />Section CXLVIII. Fixed wooden wash trays or sinks are <br />Prohibited in any building or part of building designed <br />
