-35- <br />Section CXXXI. It shall be unlawful for any person <br />or persons to turn on or cause to be turned on, the water <br />supply in and service pipe leading from the city water <br />system and conducting water to any premises or building <br />without a written order from the Plumbing Inspector approving <br />the plumbing and drainage of said buildings; provided, <br />however, that the water may be turned on for the purpose of <br />testing the plumbing and drainage systems, and it is hereby <br />made the duty of the person or persons causing said water <br />to be turned on to see that same is turned off immediately <br />after such tests have been made, provided, further, however, <br />that water may be turned on for use during building con- <br />struction if the proper permit has been obtained from the <br />City Water Works Department, and it shall be the duty of <br />the person or persons desiring use of said water to so <br />notify the said Department. <br />Section CXXXII. Nothing in this ordinance shall be <br />construed to apply to any connections with the water system <br />Of this city which are made by the department for the <br />operation of its plant. <br />Section CXXXIII. No service pipe shall be installed <br />to or into any building or property smaller than 3/4" <br />internal diameter. <br />Section CXXXIV. No fixture shall be supplied with <br />water trough pipe having a smaller internal diameter than <br />that specified in the following table and in no case shall <br />more than the one fixture be supplied for the pipe of the <br />size specified for each fixture. <br />Wash basin 3/8f1 pipe <br />Laundry tub, for each tub 1/211 pipe <br />Bath tub 11 p <br />Sink 1/211 pipe <br />Urinal 1/211 pipe <br />Water Closet 3/8t1 pipe <br />Sprinkling 3/4" pipe <br />
