Traps may not be less <br />than 17 gauge. <br />Buildings more than three stories in height shall be <br />provided with an approved method of relief vents when in <br />the opinion of the Plumbing Inspector the same are necessary., <br />Section LXXVIII. The back vent of any fixture shall <br />be as close to the traps as practicable, consistent with its <br />location and effectiveness. <br />Section LXXIX. where two water closets located on the <br />same floor, discharge into a double sanitary T or TY in a <br />soil or waste stack they need not be revented if such <br />fixtures do not exceed the three foot limit without other <br />fixtures above them. <br />When two fixtures other than water closets discharge <br />into a double sanitary T or TY, and there are no other fixtures <br />discharging above them said fixtures may be revented through a <br />common vent or revent pipe. <br />The waste of a bath tub, basin, or sink may be connected <br />to a Y or TY fitting between the closet bend and the stack or <br />wiped to the lead bend, without reventing the closet bend <br />providing there are no other fixtures discharging above. <br />Section LXXX. The material used for bar waste pipes <br />shall be lead, galvanized wrought iron pipe, galvanized mild <br />steel, brass, copper pipe or extra heavy cast iron pipe, the <br />main waste to be not less than two inches and the arrangement <br />of all the plumbing in connection with all saloon bars shall <br />be subject to the approval of the Plumbing Inspector. <br />The waste of different bar drains may empty through a <br />single trap if the same is properly revented. <br />Section LXXXI. No soil, waste or vent pipe extension <br />of any new or existing building shall be run or placed on <br />the outside of a wall, but shall be carried up in the inside <br />of the roof. <br />In the event that a new building is built higher than an <br />
