by any other department of the City except for making excavation in <br />the street. <br />Section 17: Exemption of existing plumberes The provisions of <br />this Ordinance that refer to examination do not apply to any plumbing <br />contractors, commonly known as master plumbers or journeyman now duly <br />registered and qualified under the provisions of any ordinance or <br />plumbing code heretofore in effect. <br />Section 14: Appointment of a board.
