Section 120: Where different sizes of pipe or pipes and fittings are to be connected, proper size inoreusers or reducers shall be used. Section 121% All work as herein described shall be performed under the entire supervision of an employing master plumber, properly licensed as herein provided, except, however, that no plumbing work of any kind may be done, or any addition to any plumbing except emergency repairs may be done unless the original plumbing meets all the requirements set forth in the various sections -of this ordinance. In the event that an addition to any plumbing is regtired and the original plumbing job does not conform to this ordinance, a test of the entire plumbing fob must be made by the master plumber before making any addition thereto or alteration thereon* if this test shows that the plumbing installed does not most with the re- quirements of this ordinance the master plumber shall notify the plumbing inspector of this fact and the plumbing inspector shall proceed under this ordinance.
