Outside water alosets shall not be connected direct <br />to the city water but must be flushed through an approved tank. <br />Section 107: That outside closets or FrObt -proof closete may be <br />placed in a room adjoining any dwelling providing the door to same mast <br />bot open into said dwelling proper; but must have an entrance to it from <br />the outsida only. <br />Section 1081 In lodging houses and hotels or inns and 911 places <br />cohere people are employed, hereafter erected or altered there shall be <br />provided two water closets for every twenty -five males or less and one <br />additional closet for each additional ten males or fraction thereof,.end <br />two water closets for every twenty females or less and one additional <br />'closet for each additional ten females.or fraction thereof.
