And he shall <br />have the power to enter any building in the performance of his duties, <br />and it shall be unlawful for any person to deny or refuse hitn admission. <br />Section 34: The plumbing inspector is hereby also authorized and <br />directed to promptly condemn poor workmanship and to order the removal <br />of or to remove any defective material or any work done other than in <br />accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, and, thereafter, it <br />shall be unlawful for say person or persons to sue said material until <br />such material or work is reconstructed in accordance with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance. <br />such Inspector shall immediately after such eondennation, notify <br />the plumber doing such work and the owner of the property that gnah work <br />has been condemned, and state briefly the grounds of such oondemnatiom• <br />Such notices may be mailed to such person-or persons or delivered in <br />person, provided, however, the giving of such notice or the failure tb <br />give such notice shall in no way affect or alter the liability of sue Ih <br />person or persons, or any other person or persons to a fine or penel%r <br />for any violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />The authority, paver and duties imposed on such Inspector and the <br />provision of this Ordinance shall extend to and include any plumbing or <br />house drainage, private sever, or cesspool work about to be done or being <br />constructed on any premises, and the some for the purposes of this <br />Ordinance, shall extend over all premises and to the curb line of the <br />public ways. <br />Section M The Ohief Plumbing Inspector and any of his authorized <br />and duly appointed deputies are hereby empowered, between sunrise and <br />sunset, to enter any building There there is good and sufficient reason <br />to believe that the sanitary condition of such premises is such as to <br />endanger the public health for the purpose of making such inspection as <br />may be necessary to ascertain the condition of same upon showing their <br />authority. <br />
