The Plumbing Inspector is hereby <br />authorized and empowered to inspect and, subject to the approval of %9 <br />Board of health, condemn and remove or order the removal of any plumbing <br />or house drainage work, including cesspools or private sewers, now in or <br />about any dwelling house, hotel, apartment house, tenement house, factory, <br />store or any other building, if he shall find the Sam is unsanitary and <br />detrimental to public health.
