(n) "Board of Health" shall mean the Board of Health of <br />the City of South Bond, Indiana. <br />(o) The "City Controller" shall mean the City Controlls,:- <br />(f the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 2. PARKING HOUSE CARS. <br />(a) No person shall park, place or locate any house car <br />)eing used for human habitation upon any street or plaza in the <br />;ity of South Bend for a longer period than three hours, <br />(b) No person shall park, place or locate any douse car <br />being used for human habitation on any lot, tract or parcel of land <br />in the city of South Bend owned by any person for a longer neriod <br />than three hours, except in tourist camps, unless said house car <br />shall be equipped and provided with a supply of pure and wholesome <br />c=rater, shall have a connection with city sanitary sewer, providing <br />said house car is located abutting on a street in which there is a <br />public sewer, and if not, the said house car shall haveprivate <br />sewage disposal adequate for sanitation needs of said house car <br />as determined and approved by the Board of Health, and in compliance <br />with the plumbing and other.ordinances of the city. <br />SECTION 3. WASTE WATER. <br />It shall be unlawful to permit waste water or material <br />from sinks, showers or other fixtures in house cars to be deposited <br />on any street, plaza, tourist camp, or upon any lot within the city. <br />Sinks, showers and other similar fixtures in house cars when in use <br />shall be connected with the city sewer system or other sewage dis- <br />posal approved by the Board of Health, and ir_ compliance ��ith the <br />plumbing and other ordinances of the city except that standard <br />house car plumbing fixtures may be approved by the Board of Health <br />regardless of such ordinances. <br />SECTION 4. LICENSES. <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, <br />maintain or operate any tourist camp without first obtaining a <br />license duly issued by the City Controller or when such license once <br />granted has expired or has been suspended or revoked. <br />- 3 - <br />
