(f) "Connected cottages" are hereby defined to be <br />buildings or structures designed to be used by two or more families <br />as living or sleeping quarters.and so built that each section thereof <br />is designed to be used by a single family as living or sleeping <br />quarters in or upon an;;- tourist camp. <br />(g) A "house car" is hereby defined to be any structure <br />intended for and capable of human habitation, vehicular in design, <br />which may be driven, towed or propelled from one location to another <br />without change in such structure or design, whether or not the same <br />be supported by wheels. <br />(h) A "unit" as herein used is hereby defined to be: <br />as applied to a house car, a plot of ground not <br />less than 25 feet aide and 35 feet long; <br />as applied to a single cottage a plot of ground <br />not less than 30 feet wide and 40 feet long; <br />as applied to connected cottages, a plot not less <br />than the minimum measurements hereinafter required <br />for living quarters in a single cottage. <br />(i) The term "city" as used in this ordinance shall mean <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />(j) The term "street" or "streets" as used in this <br />ordinance shall mean and include any street, alley, avenue, boule- <br />vard, drive, public place or highway commonly used for the purpose <br />of travel within the incorporated limits of the City of South Bend. <br />(k) The term "plaza" as used in this ordinance, shall <br />mean and include any public park, plaza, square or any other place <br />or premises belonging to the City of South Bond or over which the <br />City has jurisdiction and control. <br />(1) The term "person" shall include both singular and <br />plural, and shall mean and embrace any individual, firm, corporation, <br />association, partnership or society, and their agents, servants or <br />employees. <br />(m) The term "owner" when used in this ordinance, shall <br />be construed to mean any person, firm, corporation, association, <br />partnership, or society having the control, direction, maintenance <br />or supervision of a tourist camp, or camps.. <br />- 2 <br />
