(b) Any person desiring to establish and operate a tourist <br />Camp, shall make written application to the Board of Health and shs.71 <br />file with such Board a complete copy of the plan of the proposed <br />f,ourist camp, together with full information as to ownership and <br />::nagement of same. The plan with the legal description of the <br />?roperty shown shall be drawn to scale, and must s`iow clearly the <br />,..tent and area to be used for such camp purposes. All proposed <br />roadways and driveways shall be shown, together with each proposed <br />location for cottages and house cars, .location of all proposed sani- <br />tary conveniences, laundry building, slop sinks, and proposed method <br />of sewage disposal or removal, and the plan for water supply and <br />ligxiting.. A typical plan for the proposed cottages, baths, toilets, <br />lavatories basins, sinks and w sh rooms and laundries shall be <br />issued by the City oat , the epplicatflon and plans must first <br />be duly approved by the Board of Health. <br />SECTION 5, SURFACE DRAINAGE.. <br />All land used as a tourist camp shall be located on well <br />drained sites of ample size and approved by the Board of Health. <br />SECTION 6, WATER, <br />Each site used as a tourist camp shall be provided with <br />an ample and adequate supply of water of safe sanitary quality, <br />approved by the Board of Health. Where water from other sources <br />than that supplied by the City Water Works is proposed to be used, <br />the source of this supply shall first be approved by the Board of <br />Health, who shall make regulations providing for the periodical <br />examination of the water. <br />SECTION 7. GARBAGE AND .TASTE. <br />Each tourist Camp shall be provided with safe and adequate <br />provision for the collection and removal of waste and garbage, <br />approved by the Board of Health and complying with all sanitary and <br />other ordinances of the city. <br />SECTION 8, SEWAGE. <br />Each tourist camp shall be provided with a proper and <br />acceptable sewer system, either by connection to the city sewer <br />system where such is available, and required by ordinance, or to a <br />private sewage disposal plant, all of which shall comply fully with <br />the plumbing and other ordinances of the City, and regulations pre- <br />scribed by the Board of Health. <br />- 4 <br />
