<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above quotation was
<br />referred to Central Services for review and recommendation.
<br />AWARD BID — ONE (1) OR MORF. 2015 OR NEWER ASPHALT HOT BOX (STREET
<br />DEPARTMENT CAPITAL LEASE)
<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services,. advised the Board that on March 24, 2015, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced equipment. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Falcon Road Maintenance Equipment, 120 Waldo Avenue, Midland, MI 48642 in the amount of
<br />$22,214 for the Base Bid plus Option No. 1. Therefore, Mr. Rclos made a motion that the
<br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Henthom seconded
<br />the motion, which carried.
<br />AWARD BID — TWO (2), MORE OR LESS, 2015 OR NEWER SINGLE AXLE MULTI -USE
<br />DUMP TRUCKS (SEWER DEPARTMENT CAPITAL)
<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on March 19, 2015, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Selking International, 4949 West Western Avenue, South Bend, Indiana 46619, in the amount of
<br />$154,978 each for the Base Bid plus Option No. 1 and Less Trade -In. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a
<br />motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr.
<br />Henthorn seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on March 10, 2015, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced vehicle. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Hill Truck Sales, Inc., 1011 West Sample Street, P. O. Box 598, South Bend, Indiana 46624 in the
<br />amount of $146,177 for the Base Bid plus Option Nos. I and 3, and less trade-in. Therefore, Mr.
<br />Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined
<br />above. Mr. Henthom seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised that on March 10, 2015, bids were received and
<br />opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak recommended
<br />that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Gates Chevy
<br />World, 636 West McKinley, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, in the amount of $42,376.64 each for the
<br />Base Bid plus Option Nos. 2 and 3, for a total of $169,506.56. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion
<br />that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Henthorn
<br />seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised that on March 10, 2015, bids were received and
<br />opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak recommended
<br />that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Gates Chevy
<br />World, 636 West McKinley, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, in the amount of $40,827.86 each for
<br />four (4) for the Base Bid plus Option Nos. 2 and 3 and S40,250.86 for one (1) for Waste Water for
<br />the Base Bid plus Option Nos. 1 and 3. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that the
