OFFICE of the CITY CLERK <br />Date August 13th 194$ <br />To CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />At the AUGUST 12tho 1946, REf MAR <br />meeting of the Council the following matter was referred to you for appropriate disposal or for specific action <br />as indicated: <br />To The Common Council of the City of South Bend. <br />Gentlemen: <br />Petition for change of zoning classification of lots #184 and 185, in Park <br />Place, 2nd Add, which lots are at the South East Corner of N. Eddy St., and <br />Chalfant St., was considered by the City Plan Commission, at their regular <br />meeting Aug. 1, 1946. <br />This change is not recommended. <br />D. MOOMAW, <br />Seely <br />Councilman Richardson made a motion that this report be returned to the City <br />Plan Commission for further consideration. co•.mcilman Niezgodaki seconded the <br />motion.
