ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMAON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF,SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331, which is known as <br />the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend ", be amended <br />by changing the zoning classification of the following lots in <br />the city of South Bend described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Number One Hundred Eighty -four (184) and Lot <br />Number One Hundred Eighty -five (185), second plat <br />of Park Place Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />from "B" Residential District to "C" Commercial District and <br />from "B" Height and Area District to "D" Height and Area <br />District. <br />Section 2.
