The Area is proposed to <br />be zoned "D" Light Industrial upon annexation. <br />G. Population & Density <br />There is a population of two (2) within the Annexation Area. The density of the Annexation Area <br />is 4 people /acre. <br />H. Tax Rate <br />The tax rates used are those of 1998 payable in 1999. <br />The Township Rate will decrease by $.5190 per $100.00 of assessed valuation with the deletion of <br />the Fire Fighting Fund, Fire Debt Fund, and the Cumulative Fire assessments. <br />The tax rate for the Annexation Area will increase by $7.6051 with the addition of the City and <br />Town Rate, the Redevelopment District Rate and the South Bend Transpo Rate. <br />The net increase in property taxes will be $7.0861 per $100.00 of assessed valuation.
