Main Entrance; Close Jackson at <br />York Road to Eastbound traffic and direct traffic to <br />York Road Main Entrance <br />(c) Date and Time: September 14, 2014; 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 <br />p.m. <br />(d) Favorable Recommendations <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE — 21181 JACKSON ROAD — WATER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Scott and Donna Chapla, 21181 Jackson Road South, South Bend, <br />Indiana 46614. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into public <br />water system of the City, to provide water service to the above referenced property at 21181 <br />Jackson Road (Key # 001 - 1015 - 032602), the Owners waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to <br />remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of <br />South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Roos made a motion that the Consent be approved.
