A Public Information Meeting will be conducted by the Engineer with participation by the <br /> Owner for each project. The Engineer shall set up and hold up to two (2) meetings — one for <br /> each project — in cooperation with the Owner, other local officials, planning agencies or <br /> commissions, and civic organizations to determine local feelings and to ensure proper <br /> coordination within the local populace. The Engineer shall prepare presentation materials for <br /> said Public Information Meetings in general conformance with the Indiana Department of <br /> Transportation "Public Hearing Visual Display Preparation Guide" dated March 1994. <br /> 1. The Engineer and its Consultants shall have the respective project design engineer attend <br /> and participate in any such meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of such meetings, and <br /> prepare letters in response to all questions. <br /> 2. Project cost estimates shall include separate amounts for relocation, moving and land <br /> acquisition costs. The Engineer shall include such costs in the prepared presentation. <br /> c 3.
