Conduct a review meeting with the Owner to receive Plan Development comments. <br /> Perform a project field check with Owner, Utilities and other identified stakeholders. <br /> C. 60% Plan Development shall be developed by the Engineer after Owner review of the 30% <br /> submission. The Engineer shall complete the following items within these project limits and for <br /> further development of the prepared Road Plans: <br /> 1.
