South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />that that is an error and should be January <br />2009. <br />Ms. Jones confirmed that the planning will <br />take the same form as Phase I, with <br />charrettes, meetings, the same groups, plus <br />some additional ones related to the area. <br />Mr. Downes asked if a Phase III is expected <br />and what would be the boundaries. Mr. Kain <br />responded that no additional phases are <br />planned or anticipated. The boundaries of <br />Phase II were identified in the initial RFP for <br />Phase I. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal and accepted the proposal from JJR <br />for Master Planning Services in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (East Bank <br />Village, Phase II) <br />C. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Oliver Industrial Park) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that River Bend Hose <br />Specialty Inc./3G Properties has submitted a <br />proposal for the development of Lots 7 and 8 <br />in Oliver Industrial Park, approximately 7.84 <br />acres.
