South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -September 19, 2008 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted September 19, 2008, and ordered <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Inks noted that he received one Communication for <br />the Commission, but would prefer to read it under item <br />6.C.(3) because it pertains to LaSalle Square planning. <br />There was no objection. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Housing <br />(1) Loan and Grant related to the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Loan Program for <br />property located at 1733 East Fox Street. <br />(Linda E. Kinch) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan amount is <br />$6,600. The grant is in the amount of <br />$6,462.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />related to the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Loan Program for property <br />located at 1733 East Fox Street.
