REGULAR MEETING OCTOBERT 28, 2013 <br /> <br />just really restrictive when you are trying to have a positive and progressive dialogue, it’s very <br />restrictive and then you have people blowing on your end of the table or you know whatever. It <br />just creates an environment that is very contentious and does not allow for the democracy or the <br />republic that we are in to be given its full value. It is a constant thing. <br />Chairperson White: Again, your comments, your concerns are so noted and again as we move <br />forward my goal has been to allow everyone opportunity to address, to ask questions, and to <br />make sure that those questions are heard at the most appropriate time, but again, Wednesday is <br />the timeline which we will have the committee meeting at 6:00 p.m. and then actually meet as a <br />full Council at 7:00 p.m., that is my understanding. <br />Councilmember Schey: 6:00 p.m. Committee and 7:00 p.m. Council.
