The property sought to be rezoned is located at <br />the West side of Miami Road, beginning 556.45 feet South of <br />the intersection of Miami and Ireland Roads, running thence <br />South 173.73 feet and being 420.00 feet in depth. <br />2. The property is owned by <br />Robert's Cleaning Centers, Inc., an Indiana corporation having <br />its principal offices in South Bend, Indiana <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the East line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 25, 556.45 feet South of <br />the Northeast corner thereof; thence continu- <br />ing South on said East line (being also the <br />centerline of Miami Highway) a distance of <br />173.70 feet; thence West a distance of 420.00 <br />feet to a point; thence North a distance of <br />173.73 feet to a point; thence East a distance <br />of 420.00 feet to the point of beginning; said <br />real estate containing approximately 1.75 <br />acres, subject to legal highways. <br />
