ORDINANCE N0. (0O k 2 - 7 % AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 40, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is com- monly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 25, 556.45 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence continu- ing South on said East line (being also the centerline of Miami Highway) a distance of 173.70 feet; thence west a distance of 420.00 feet to a point; thence North a distance of 173.73 feet to a point; thence East a distance of 420.00 feet to the point of beginnin4; said real estate containing approximately 1.675 acres, subject to legal highways. be and the same hereby is established as "C" Commercial Use District and an "A" Height and Area District. Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
