It is proposed that the property will be put to the following <br />use and the following building (s) will be constructed (include <br />number of dwelling units if residential) <br />A one -story building containing a self - service laundromat of <br />approximately 7,320 square feet and an automobile washing and <br />cleaning establishment of approximately 1,340 square feet is <br />presently located on said real estate. The laundromat portion <br />Of said building will continue to be operated as a -self- service <br />laundromat containing approximately 53 washing machines. The <br />car wash portion of. the building will be remodeled and an <br />addition containing; approximately 576 square feet will be added <br />to the front thereof so that the former car wash portion of the <br />building as remodeled may be used as an Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant. <br />6..
