It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned From "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height and Area District To "C" Commercial c�_Use and "A" Height and Area District 5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the following building (s) will be constructed (include number of dwelling units if residential) A one -story building containing a self - service laundromat of approximately 7,320 square feet and an automobile washing and cleaning establishment of approximately 1,340 square feet is presently located on said real estate. The laundromat portion Of said building will continue to be operated as a -self- service laundromat containing approximately 53 washing machines. The car wash portion of. the building will be remodeled and an addition containing; approximately 576 square feet will be added to the front thereof so that the former car wash portion of the building as remodeled may be used as an Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant. 6..
