ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br />5437 -72, COMMONLY KNOWN AS CHAPTER 16, <br />ARTICLE 2, SECTION 16 -6 "GARBAGE AND TRASH <br />COLLECTION: CITY FEES, MANNER OF COLLECTION; <br />PRIVATE PARTY RESPONSIBILITY" OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That Chapter 16, Article 2, Section 16 -6, Sub - <br />Section C, (1) & (2) are hereby amended to read as follows; <br />1. One family dwelling with no limit on number of bags and <br />bundles: Four dollars and Fifty cents ($4.50) per month. <br />2.
